A good list of leadership attributes always catches my attention. How do you and your direct reports (or supervising attorney) match up to this very good list of seven?
(1) Integrity, (2) Empathy, (3) Emotional intelligence, (4) Vision, (5) Judgment, (6) Courage, (7) Passion.
