The "Trustworthy Leader"

Linked2Leadership post reminds us that critical characteristics of being a "trustworthy leader" include: (1) being credible, (2) being reliable; (3) and being able to keep confidences.  "Trust is essential to developing relationships with individuals.  Leaders who cannot inspire trust cannot lead; there will be no followership."  Read Dean DeSantis's full blog at this link:  4 Characteristics of A Trustworthy Leader.
