Strategic coherence

For in-house counsel with corporate leadership roles, think about whether you can assist your company in developing stragetic coherence, based on the foundation recommended by these authors.  On the Hartford Business Review blog, Paul Leinwand and Cesare Mainardi write:  "Companies that demonstrate strategic coherence . . . earn a market premium in terms of higher earnings and greater shareholder value. . .
